Welcome to the 2026 Edition of Baltic Indoor Ultimate Frisbee League
Once again the best Open and Women teams from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania come together over 2 weekends to play to be the best in the Baltics.
Format
- Single Round Robin
- The team highest in the standings after all the games has been played, will be crowned the Champion.
- In case of a tie in a pool play ties will be resolved in accordance with the latest version of the Main Appendix to the WFDF Rules of Ultimate, Section B3 – https://urules.org/appendix-b.html#B3
Dates
- Saturday, 03/01/2026 – Both divisions will be represented. For scheduling reason we will also use another venue to play 2 games. (Full schedule will be released no later than 31/12)
- Saturday, 14/02/2026 – Women division
- Sunday 15/02/2026 – Open Division
Rules
The tournament is played in accordance with the latest edition of WFDF Rules of Ultimate (2025-2028) and EUF Indoor Rules Appendix – version 10.

In addition, following adjustments have been made:
- Section 2.c.: ‘Paga-Cap’ – If the point difference after the ‘time is over’ and the point is scored is 3 OR MORE – the game is over. If the point difference is less – normal ‘soft-cap’ regulation apply.
- Section 9. Every team has 1 timeout of 1 minute PER HALF. It can only be taken after a goal and before the following pull.
EXTRA
- Before the first game in each sports hall team captain has to check in with our staff, to ensure that players have the correct uniform numbers as stipulated in the roster submitted to ultie.org and if any corrections were made/are needed.
- Every team should submit their spirit scores using ultie.org. Any team member can do it. In case you are having problems with the submission, please let the staff know.
