RIGAS RUDENS 2021 TOURNAMENT RULES

ROSTER

Before first game in each sport hall team captain MUST check game protocol at staff table to ensure that players have the same number as in roster registered on ultimatecentral.com and make corrections if necessary.

SOTG

At the beginning of the tournament, team will receive Spirit of the game sheet where all day game Spirits are recorded. At the END OF THE TOURNAMENT captain MUST bring Spirit sheet back to the staff table.

RULES

Tournament is played according to the WFDF Rules of Ultimate 2021-2024 subject to the specifications mentioned below:

Point cap – 11
Time cap  – 25 minutes
When time-cap is reached, finish the point. If no team has reached 11 points, add 1 to the leading score to set the new point cap.

Games for the 1st and 3rd place in both divisions are played to 13 points, time cap 35 minutes (no half time nor extra time-outs).

1 time-out (one minute) per team per game (game clock doesn’t stop).

Stall count – 8 seconds.

The brick mark is set 5 meters in central zone.

PULLS

A dropped pull is NOT a turn-over, you should start play at the place where disc stops or crosses playing field. If defensive player thinks that disc was dropped intentionally to get better starting position, then defensive team may insist on starting play at the place where offensive player tuched the disc.

Time between points.

  • Offence has maximums 30 seconds to signal readiness.

a)If offence is not ready after 30 seconds, the defence may pull the disc.

  1. b) Defence has maximum 35 seconds to pull, or maximum 10 seconds after offence has signalled readiness, whichever is later.

If after the pull disc crossed any of the perimeter lines (sidelines and endlines) above 2 meters up, offensive players may start from the brick mark.

If after the pull disc crossed perimeter line lower than 2 meters the disc is put in play at the place where disc crossed perimeter line, even if it is at back of the endzone.

If after the pull disc stops on the field, play should start at the place where disc have stopped.

Reminder: After turnover you are still allowed to bring the disc up to the endzone line.

TIEBREAKS

  • After round robin pool play, rank all teams in each pool by the number of games won.
  • If teams are tied, break that tie using the ranking criteria.
  • Each ranking criterion is used to rank all of the tied teams, not just to determine the highest ranked team.
  • If, after the application of a ranking criterion, all of the teams remain tied, go to the next criterion.
  • If not all teams remain tied, but one or more subgroups of the teams remain tied, separate these subgroups from the ranking. Each subgroup is then to be ranked separately, starting with the first ranking criterion.

Ranking criteria, in order:

  • Number of games won, counting only games between the teams that are tied.
  • Fewest games forfeited.
  • Goal difference, counting only games between the teams that are tied.
  • Goal difference, counting games against all common opponents.
  • Goals scored per game, counting only games between the teams that are tied.
  • Goals scored per game, counting games against all common opponents
  • Each team nominates one player to throw one disc from behind the goal line to the far brick point on a regulation playing field. Throwing order is determined randomly, by disc toss or otherwise.

“Epidemioloģiskās drošības pasākumi COVID-19 infekcijas izplatības ierobežošanai”

Ogres Frisbija kluba “Rīgas Rudens” sacensību organizēšanas vadlīnijas COVID-19 infekcijas izplatības ierobežošanai iekštelpās – Ogres novada sporta centrā un Ogres 1.vidusskolas sporta hallē.

  1. Dalībniekiem obligāti iepriekš jāveic reģistrācija sacensībām www.ultimatecentral.com vietnē, bez iepriekšējas pieteikšanās dalībnieki sacensībām netiek netiek pielaisti.
  2. Sacensības ir iekļautas attiecīgā sporta veida Sporta likumā noteiktā kārtībā atzītas sporta federācijas sacensību kalendārā, kas ir publicēts tās tīmekļvietnē (norādot sacensību norises vietu un laiku, kā arī sacensību organizatoru).
  3. Sacensībās piedalās dalībnieki tikai ar sadarbspējīgiem COVID-19 sertifikātiem un ne jaunāki par 16 gadiem.
  4. Sacensību norises vietā vienlaikus atrodas ne vairāk kā 300 personas.
  5. Ierodoties sacensību norises vietā komandas kapteinim jāiesniedz komandas spēlētāju saraksts (Vārds Uzvārds, kontaktinformācija, paraksts).
  6. Dalībniekiem sacensību norises vietā jāuzrāda sadarbspējīgs COVID-19 sertifikāts.
  7. Organizatori nodrošina spirtu saturošus roku dezinfekcijas līdzekļu pieejamību. Pirms un pēc katras spēles nepieciešams dezinficēt gan rokas, gan spēles disku.
  8. Tiek ievērota 2 metru distance, kā arī tiek lietoti mutes deguna aizsargi (izņemot sportistus sporta sacensību norises laikā – iesildīšanās un spēles laiks). Sejas maskas tiek obligāti lietotas koplietošanas telpās (foajē, tualetes, garderobes). Sejas maskas tiek lietotas arī tribīnēs, kur nav iespējams ievērot 2 metru distanci.
  9. Tiek nodrošināta regulāra telpu vēdināšana ik pēc 90 minūtēm.
  10. Sacensību norises vietā ir norādes par cilvēku plūsmas virzieniem nodrošinot atsevišķu ieeju un izeju sporta hallēs.
  11. Ģērbtuves tiek izmantotas tikai, lai pārģērbtos. Nepieciešamības gadījumā ir atļauts nomazgāties, pie nosacījuma, ka ģērbtuves piepildījums nav lielāks kā 25%.
  12. Spēles disku izlozē komandas kapteiņi pirms spēles.
  13. Komandu spēles gara apļi tiek atcelti. Pēc spēles komandas atgriežas tribīnēs.
  14. Skatītāji neapmeklē sacensības klātienē.
  15. Organizators nosaka atbildīgo personu, kas organizē noteikto epidemioloģisko  drošības pasākumu īstenošanu un informē sportistus un sporta darbiniekus par minētajiem pasākumiem, norādot (tai skaitā sporta sacensību nolikumā) atbildīgo personu un tās kontaktinformāciju.
  16. Kopīga apbalvošana ir atcelta. Apbalvošana klātienē notiek tikai individuāli ievērojot 2 metru distanci. 1.2.3. vietas komandām tiek pasniegtas medaļas un kausi pēc noslēdzošās spēles. MVP balvas tiek pasniegtas individuāli. Spēles gara balva tiek paziņota attālināti pēc sacensību norises.

 

Organisation of sports events COVID-19 regulations

International sports events for athletes from the age of 16, as well as sports competitions of the highest leagues of team sports games if they compete for the title of Latvian champion for adults, both indoors and outdoors may also take place in an epidemiologically semi-safe environment.

The competition is included in the competition calendar of the sports federation recognized in accordance with the Sports Law of the respective sport, which is published on its website (indicating the name, venue and time of the competition, as well as the organizer of the competition).

1.Team captain fill the form before the tournament with all players contact information (Name, Surname, phone number and signature).

  1. All players must be with valid vaccination or recovery certificate.
  2. During the visit to the venue of the indoor sports competition, a distance of two meters is observed, as well as face masks are used (except for athletes during the sports competition – warm up and game time). Face masks are required in sport venue, toilets, changing rooms. Also if it’s possible between a games in the stands.
  3. Occupancy in changing rooms does not exceed 25%.
  4. Spectators are not allowed this year.
  5. No spirit circles after the game. Only captains.
  6. Staff will Desinfect a disc before and after the game.Please, wash your hands also before and after the game.
  7. No public awarding ceremony. Places and MVP will take individually.
